My stay at the hotel was both delightful and disappointing. The room was bigger than expected, with a separate living area and a small balcony offering partial views of the Basilica of the Holy Blood; it was a nice spot to sit and watch the world go by. Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably hot during an untypical late May warm spell. The central location was convenient but marred by the presence of bedbugs, which left me with a significant skin rash in the morning.
The hotel feels like a separate apartment, offering a cozy atmosphere but being in another building might not suit everyone. Service is top-notch, with a charming staff making you feel at home. The location is unmatched, right in the heart of Bruges, perfect for exploring the city on foot. The dining experience is delightful with a variety of options to choose from.
I had a fantastic time in Bruges! The hotel is just off the main Market Square, a stone's throw from the Verdi restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we had a fabulous time exploring the city.
